I arrived safely in New York.  The shopping extravaganza already began. I am in trouble! I am staying with my close friends and my sweet "nieces and nephew" (not really but the call me Aunt:)

How great are these Carter Kustera silhouettes in her breakfast room?

Anthroplogie drew me in with this cute ikat shirt.

A great Stephanie Johnson makeup bag.

Quick Thai dinner at Spice…

On the way home we passed Mario Batali's vespa on 5th.  so cute.  I adore the orange helmet.

I woke to horrid weather.  A monsoon!

Barneys has a great Goyard selection…weak at the knees…

Look at those totes. I could have one in every color!

Jennifer Meyer has a beautiful gold elephant necklace.  A great idea for any elephant lover. (HINT HINT)

These rings were so unique and cool.

R & Y Augousti has such cool shagreen and skin items.  I could have carried out the table on my back.

Hermes dinnerware is so chic in Gold!

On the bottom floor of Barneys we discovered Frank and Le Labo.  He hand mixes perfume.  It is a process worth learning about.  I am hooked!

The labels are even personalized.

Bergdorf's 7th floor has great finds.  I covet these brass elephant planters.

The Kelly Wearstler room is so divine.

These zip tie chairs are modern wonders.

I love these orange Fendi pumps, my feet may not.

We survived the weather thus far…off to Kips Bay Showhouse.
