I am sharing some local love with this chic and classic collaboration.

The colorful furniture brand Society Social (based in Charlotte and made in NC) launched a 7 piece furniture collaboration with interior designer Ariel Okin on Saturday April 11th, which included both upholstery and casegoods – 7 essentials to style a living room.

Roxy Te, the founder of Society Social, and Okin are both equally passionate about marrying traditional design with stylish and affordable customization options for the next generation. The collection features natural materials like wicker, grasscloth and rattan. It also includes an upholstered sofa inspired by Bunny Mellon’s legendary Antigua estate, a grasscloth upholstered coffee table taking cues from the lines of Karl Springer’s iconic furniture, and a handmade rattan bookcase conceived with shelf height in mind to house both books and objets beautifully. It all comes together for a beautiful balance of relaxed and refined and collected yet sophisticated.

Important things to note…

– The upholstery (wicker ottoman, swivel armchair, sofa) is available in Society Social’s 60+ fabric options or customer’s own material. Option to add contrast piping free of charge.

– The grasscloth coffee table is available in natural grasscloth and can be color matched with any Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paint color

– The mahogany scalloped console and the mahogany frame of the cane side table can be color matched to any Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paint color
