A week of posts focusing on the west and the rustic life it can bring is not complete without sharing one of my favorite places on this planet. We went a few summers ago and hope to return soon. It is located in Encampment, Wyoming. This working dude ranch is perfection in every way. It is very casual but 5 star in every aspect. I LOVE to ride horses and spent about 6 hours a day out on the range…the most beautiful views you can even imagine. We saw all kinds of wildlife, even a mama moose and her baby.
