Think cozy layers that turn your home into a warm hug: plush fur pillows you can sink into, weighty throws that beg for a movie marathon, shearling upholstery that looks chic and feels delicious, and hide rugs that ground the room with instant warmth and texture.

This is winter decorating at its best, no thermostat wars required. Pile it on, mix textures, and lean into that fireside energy (even if the fire is just a candle and a good playlist).
