I have just returned from a fun few days in New York with my daughter before she heads back to college at TCU. We shopped until we dropped…literally 20,000 steps one day!

We hit all the hot boutiques and large department stores. One trend that that was EVERYWHERE is the combat boot. Even Chanel is on this trend! 

I would say that 90% of the shop girls in every small boutique had on a version of denim with the combat boots or a dress / skirt with a combat boot. Some were more like hikers and others were more military chic.

I am a bit obsessed with the flora Gucci version but I’m not sure if I can pull trigger on that right now.

I’m definitely going to order these sale ones and I am considering these as well.
