Friday evening: Our “welcome party” includes dishes and cocktails from across the South inspired by G&G’s latest New York Times best-selling title,  The Southerner’s Cookbook  plus live music and a fireworks display

Saturday morning: Start with breakfast in the Main Dining Room. Next, enjoy a Waterfall Wellness walk, yoga in the garden or a golf clinic.  Continue your morning exploration outdoors with choice of sporting clays, casting clinics, falconry demonstrations, a Cascades Gorge hike, or a canoe and kayak expedition on the Jackson River in great company.

Saturday afternoon: Go on a culinary road trip with Julia Reed through the tastes, sounds, and stories of her latest book,  Julia Reed’s South

Saturday late afternoon: Experience an unforgettable tasting with Preston Van Winkle of the Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery.

This is reason enough to attend for you whiskey aficionados. 

Saturday evening: We close off the evening with a progressive game dinner at the scenic and historic Homestead Shooting Club with more very special live music.

Sunday morning: Check-out and enjoy a Southern breakfast
