The annual Nordstrom Anniversary Sale always brings mixed emotions.  

Of course I LOVE to shop and Nordstrom never disappoints in that respect but, this sale also signals the beginning of the end.  Summer has turned the corner and is now on the downswing sadly. I do always take advantage of this sale to pick up Fall staples that would not normally be on sale until January.  The kids get new coats, sneakers and backpacks in addition to new school clothes.
