Obsession du Jour: Holly Fowler
When I popped in Capitol yesterday, I was stopped in my tracks by the beautiful hand painted pieces by Holly Fowler. They are true works of art. These breathtaking designs are the perfect collision of art and fashion.
If I were getting married today I would certainly have her make my dress.
