I am seeing stars…

It may be partial exhaustion and partial desire to recreate the beautiful moon tile in the star pattern on the floor of the Piccolomini Library in Siena’s duomo that I cannot get out of my mind.

Anyone know someone to make custom tile?

or Pratt & Larson’s mosaic hexagon star pattern.

It is shown in a combination of metallic glazes (C611 and C609) and watercolor blue (W96), reminiscent of a star filled night sky.
