Holly Hollingsworth Phillips is a residential interior designer and co-owner of The English Room based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Holly’s style is elegant, eclectic and colorful. She has completed homes all over the east coast that have ranged from super modern to very traditional while keeping it true to her style. She loves overseeing the design process from beginning to end. Her love of color, pattern and layering of old and new can be seen in all her work. She has been featured in Southern Accents, Southern Living, Charlotte Magazine, Charlotte Urban Home,  Southpark Magazine and Better Homes and Gardens Windows and Walls.

Holly takes a look on Taigan and picks her favorite finds – a gathering of creative from caftans to cocktails.

Swoon! This necklace is divine. I am taken by the combination of tribal with diamond. What a mix!

“Over jeweled and underdressed” is my motto. Layer the luxury and the bigger the bauble the better.

A killer cuff never leaves my wrist as a wardrobe staple. I have a weakness for so many things but, turquoise is at top the list.

This caftan transports me to Jaipur with it’s chic simplicity.

I always keep a spare clutch in my purse in case of an emergency drinks party. The neon is so au courant.

A good buttery and oaky chardonnay completes me. Enough said.

Rocker chic in white fur is very Kate Hudson as Penny Lane in Almost Famous. Does it get any better?

Lafco House candles are the best for smell and ambiance . They last for ages and leave you with a gorgeous makeup brush holder when they are finished.

I adore pieces that feel old and modern at the same time. These plates certainly accomplish that!

Who needs wine glasses when you could have handmade colorful tumblers from Alabama? I just love the South.

No cocktail is complete without a proper monogrammed linen cocktail napkin. We must all have our standards.

Pimento cheese is a staple in every Southern household and Callie’s is so very good. Try it with her signature biscuits for serious decadence.

A perfect French sweet straight from the Big Easy, these pretty pastel delectables do not disappoint.

Every room needs a pop of black as a design rule and as an added bonus a round table makes for the best dinner parties.

Shed a little light on the party with this modern wooden carved drum pendant light.

When you need to lounge by the fire or pull up an extra seat, this graphic ottoman fills the bill while looking swank.

New pillows are the easiest and most effective way to revamp your interiors. My weakness for skulls and orange drew me to this cashmere lovely immediately.

Leopard Love! No room is complete without a touch of animal print and calf hair is a bonus.

Rodin Face Oil is da bomb. It takes my tired, dry skin to subtle and glowing overnight.
