Have I lost my bloody mind?  

It could be questioned…this post could not be more appropriate as today I took a huge digger in the gravel chasing our puppy who darted out of the house and into the street for an oncoming car.  THANK THE LORD, the car missed the puppy who ended up under the car and I tripped under my son going to save her.  I have serious road rash.

All that being said, flats are advisable because I can fall down at any moment. 

I have fallen for the Birkenstock trend for the second time in my life.  Yep… I had birks 20 years ago and I am recently 2 pairs deep again.  It could be lazy and they are seriously comfortable or I am a trend whore. Either way, the damage is done.

If Vogue  and Who What Wear say they are chic I guess I can too.
