Wallpaper Wednesday: Albert Hadley’s Trixie

I am so excited Hinson is back with Scalamandre and the classics of Albert Hadley can be purchased again!

As one half of the storied design firm Parish-Hadley – Albert Hadley defined American interior style through creating inspiring spaces for everyone from Oscar de la Renta to Brooke Astor and Jackie Onassis. In early 2000, Hadley partnered with Harry Hinson to bring a collection of textiles and wallcoverings to life.

Today, The House of Scalamandré is excited to share these designs with the interior design industry once again.

A Hinson exclusive, designed by Albert Hadley, Trixie features a small-scale combination of graphic stars and dots, printed on a plain ground and offered in various subtle tones.

This classic pattern inspired the larger scale, Big Trixie. Albert Hadley designed Trixie for a special exhibit at the New York Public Library. Indicitave of the Hadley heyday, this wallcovering still looks incredible today.

Are you coveting the classic Trixie too?
