Inspiration comes from the strangest places. En route from AMAZING The Southern C Summit back home, Lisa Mende and I stopped at a Hess Travel Plaza. We were both drawn to the 6' stack of Mexican blankets for sale for $9.99. I actually regret not getting the pretty lavender and gray one. Since then I have been dreaming of using it on a chair. I was so excited to see my high school friends Park Avenue apartment on the cover of May 2012 House Beautiful. The talented designer Christina Murphy did a fabulous job on the interiors.
