I am just returning from Richmond for a 24 hour work trip to kick off a fun collaboration coming.  I had the pleasure of a visit to a new boutique hotel, Quirk Hotel.  It is just that, quirky but infinitely chic with loads of white and bright walls, unusual art and antiques mixed in combined with the most perfect shade of blush velvet on many pieces of upholstery.  No detail was neglected.  I have gathered some images to share. This will certainly by Richmond hotel of choice.

We had dinner at the acclaimed Maple & Pine in the lobby.  It was sublime. The pork schnitzel with black truffle and lemon preserves was truly heavenly as was the buttery chardonnay.
