me with JAM I am fresh (not so) off the red eye. Dear Lord, that should be outlawed. It is pure misery. NEVER AGAIN, I say! L.A. was tremendously fabulous as expected. I will share my trip in dribbles and drabs over the next few days. One of the HIGHLIGHTS was meeting Jeffrey Alan Marks and his partner Ross Cassidy at a H. D. Buttercup party. They are well known for their (and my favorite) show on Bravo's Million Dollar Decorators. These handsome gents (both models) could not have been more kind gracious and warm. It was are real treat to spend a little time with them talking dogs and decorating, my 2 favorite subjects. JAM...

While I am off on a fairy tale of my own in LA enjoying Design Bloggers Conference and schmoozing with fabulous designers and talents in this industyry I thought I should share another fairy tale of sorts. I have sung the praises of the fabulous footwear of Charlotte Olympia before but, the Fall / Winter 2013 collection is truly a sight to behold. I am captured by the frivolity and silly nature of the designs. I really just cannot get enough. I love to travel. I cannot get enough good travel guides and tips. If I were not an interior designer I would love a career in travel. I try to get to L.A. at least once a year for work or pleasure. Mean Green Media Room Inspiration

I am in the process of designing a media room for client's to include a small kitchen and bar, lounge seating and a game table w seating. Harbinger and The Bazaar

As L.A. week continues… Last Tuesday, I went to a great party at Harbinger. Harbinger is owned by Joe Lucas and Parrish Chilcoat of Lucas Studios. They are the nicest people you will meet. The party was honoring Bunny Williams and her Beeline Home collection that they sell. Bunny spoke that morning at the Design Bloggers Conference. She really was full of relevant and important information for designers such as, "Put down the laptop. Go explore and travel." I am happy to oblige.
